Arrival and Parking
- Main Entrance: Level access with a drop-off point for luggage and accessible parking for two vehicles.
- Main Car Park: Located at the rear with eight accessible parking bays and two EV charging points.
- Assistance: Friendly staff available 24/7 to help with luggage and other needs.
Accessible Accommodation
- Rooms: Two accessible rooms, one with a King Size bed and one with a King Size bed and a Single bed, located on the same floor as the reception.
- Features: Wall-mounted shower chairs and two emergency pull cords (one beside the bed and one in the bathroom). Our ensuite bathrooms are also fitted with grab rails and handrails.
Accessible Gate Lodge
- The Gate Lodge comprises 3 double bedrooms one of which is accessible with an adjoining ensuite, the wet room is fitted with emergency pull cords, grab rails handrails and wall mounted shower chair.
Dining
- The Coach House Brasserie: Lift access from the rear of the Golf Pro Shop.
- The Courtyard Restaurant: Exterior entrance with permanent ramp access.
Facilities
- Lifts: Available at the entrance to the ground floor bedroom block, the rear of the Golf Pro Shop, and the Leisure Building.
- Accessible Toilets: Located in the lobby, Golf Shop ground floor, and The Danny Boy Suite.
Hearing Impaired Guests
- Portable Induction Loop: Available at the main hotel reception.

- Staff Training: All staff have disability awareness training.
- JAM Card Partnership: Allows guests with hidden disabilities or communication barriers to discreetly request extra time and understanding.
